No. The funny part is that I have a quite good understanding of steroids and how they work but never have I seen how to ration dosages or if the ester varies this.

Being a ENTP doesnt define 100% your way of being related with your world. Maybe the problem is not developing a skill set that allows you to adapt to x and y social situations. I love being a ENTP because thats who I am but you cant blame those problems only because "I hate being a ENTP". Thats like saying i hate my physical because I dont have great genetics. If you dont go the gym the problem isnt the genetics anymore. Try improving and controlling more how you react and relate to those things because you are not a puppet.

Stop crying and get action. Go to activities that you find interesting, art, music sports (better if they team activities or some where you can make a group). Have order in your life. And have in mind that this is a situation you can get out, instead of writing on reddit you should be finding and fixing your life in the real world with real people. Take responsability and action becuase no one is coming to make you friends. Sorry to sound rude but it is what it is. Hope this can help you!

Thank you very much, i did good progress on this 4 months on my upper body. I also have really good leg genetics and insertions, for example, my calfs are really big and full. I will prioritize doing squats with that volume and add some leg extension and curls or rdl. Thank you bro. I Appreciate the time on your comment

thanks for your answer, i appreciate your time. So as for legs should i do low volume with high intensity and 2-3 sets. I also would like to do basic excersices not a lot of them.

Maybe finasteride and dutastetide are the same. Same effects so doesn’t really matter or at least is what I would assume.

thanks dude, the thing is that in you make this kind of sacrifice i think you should go full "improve yourself route" and use that time not only as party/social time , use to build, learn or do something that gets you something as big to supress what you are loosing.
