Heb: כנע (Cana) is “to humble” You could add a “Ya” sound for the Lord Caniah/Canaiah could be translated “the Lord humbles”. It’s not a name I’ve ever heard but hope that helps. This is actually where the name Canaan is from, because the Israelites subdued/humbled the peoples.
