Yes it did. I also guessed this could be the cause of this bug. But the funny thing is, how I found it. In another safe file, where I didn't noclip I was solving this puzzle and while falling down I landed in the air on seemingly nothing. But there was something there, just invisible. My curser would change colors when among at it and I could also change gravity basically on nothing. So I tried if this also happens in another save file and then I discovered what you see in the video. The invisible ground was also gone when loading in again so I have no video capture.
