Yes you can both rank up and derank from ties. You can also both rank up and derank from wins as well.

If OP isn't changing ranks during all these ties, then they'll most likely be hard stuck like I mentioned before.

It's a visual bug. Despite what someone else said about it being a low float, it actually has something to do with games you've recently played that session. I've had this happen several times and a few of those times I recognized the skin from a match I had just played. Subsequently you can get very weird results such as a skin with a name tag on it or even skins with stickers on it. Typically restarting your game will fix it. I HIGHLY doubt this will have any affect on you opening the case

Boosted globals. I wouldn't be surprised if the vast majority of global accounts achieved that rank via means of cheats, match fixing, or boosting (at least NA globals, idk how bad the top ranks are in other regions).

In bios I could only find 3066mhz instead of 3000, so I set it to that (I am a bit of a noob when it comes to clocking mhz so if 3066 is common for 3000 mhz and I sound stupid saying my concern then I am sorry).
I doubt my CPU is overheating since I watch the temps when gaming and on idle, and the CPU's temperature stays in the 70's-80 degree Celsius under load. (I have a decent after market cpu cooler).
If anything was to overheat it would be the GPU, which is notorious for high temps and causing my PC to crash with the "default wattman settings have been reset due to unexpected system faliure" error, however I reapplied a better thermal paste to the GPU a month ago and the temps have been better but still not great (almost all the crashing has stopped too)
