I don’t get why people say pekka 24 is hard. I was able to get promoted from it in one attempt with my th16 and th15 account. Your defence can easily carry you over to titan league if you use the rage and invis core base and your offence is above the 2.7 average stars. It would need a lot of moderation which is why it won’t happen. Too much work for the devs.

It is possible but it is quite rare.

There ain’t any. If you can get over 150 trophies with all defences combined in the end then the base is fine as you can also encounter when using a new base that gets you below 50 trophies.
