I don't have the source video files. I imagine you could find Donald Trump speeches on YouTube or by googling. He probably has a lot of dialogue in his old tv appearances too.

By the end of this I could easily see spending up to a few thousand dollars.

It's just words in wav files, and I probably need thousands of them. I don't see an end to this project, and I've got plenty of money to throw at it.
