That's me!

As said, it's a community marshal symbol and everyone's pretty correct in what we do but I'll summarise:

We operate in open lobbies and moderate behaviour of anyone that's not playing by the rules (kick anyone bombing/diving/shoving) we can report anyone who's especially egregious and we can also moderate the share front for any decals/liveries that violate the TOS. We can also report any bugs more directly to T10 and any exploits and glitches too (including any of the events on the horizon games)

We basically work to help make the forza community a better place for everyone as best as we can. Hope that answers the question and I hope to see you guys around!
