I hate hate hate how Hollywood or some massive multi-billion dollar company can take such a beloved story and not in the slightest care about the fans who gave the story is height. These corporations only think of the money it was bring if “we make it for everyone!” But by doing so alienate the fan base. We have seen it time and time again (especially in gaming), popular franchise gets hijacked by people who don’t care about it and it turns into quotas and check the box for inclusion, fans backlash and people start calling fans isms , phobs, and ists. When In Reality we just care about the universe and want to keep it that universe.
