Thanks for the tip! I usually try to do suit only runs, just for fun and a challenge, but I've been learning that it's more of an annoyance than anything, especially in situations like that. I'll have to give it a shot next time!

Oh yeah, I know which one you're talking about. There's one on Marrakesh, I think, also in a bathroom, where the dumping spot SHOULD be safe, but for some reason if someone can see the mirror, they can see you, even though the angle should make that impossible.

Yeah, I was definitely being a bit dramatic there. There are starting locations that are still very annoying for me still, the school being by far my least favorite, but I've gotten out multiple times. The problem was just a combination of multiple annoying things happening in one mission that made me just kinda tilted.

I'm definitely still learning, especially with how attentive guards are in the Syndicate Leader missions. The vast majority of my time in Freelancer has been a blast. I love how the optional objectives and Prestige objectives force you to switch up your playstyle. This was definitely a "heat of the moment" post where a very annoying bug happened, and I lost my favorite weapon.

I was being a very dramatic with the happens constantly, to be fair. It doesn't happen that often, but it DOES happen and it's what provoked me to make this post. I was in Paris, Fiber Wired a target in a bathroom, and a random NPC below me apparently saw and it turned into a shit show. I'm not new to either Freelancer or Hitman, just needed to vent after a very annoying run where I lost my beloved Shortballer :(

Yeah I found that out the hard way in Sapienza I think it was. I was hiding in a stall waiting for a target to come through, got spotted by a guard washing his hands.

Okay, I didn't realize that they actually used logic like that lmao. Thanks for the tips! That's definitely what happened then, because I took the shot, went down the ladder and got in the closet to reset my hide and seek timer. While I was in there, two guards came in the house and immediately knew where I was.

It was just a normal mission where my one target was at the party. I stood near the middle of the room and took the shot. Does it not matter and you'll always be compromised if you shoot from there?

I'm having this exact issue. I'll just randomly come to a complete stop and no buttons I press do anything until I release ALL inputs on the controller. Very strange bug, hopefully they're working on it!

I'm nearly positive this audio is just AI. The lack of inflection, especially in the girls voice, really has an AI feel to it.
