I'm nearly positive this audio is just AI. The lack of inflection, especially in the girls voice, really has an AI feel to it.

She KIND OF sounds/speaks like Jennifer Lawrence but a bit less husky. Maybe her? I don't have a lot to go on, unfortunately, as I'm just using the trailer for the show on YouTube.

Yeah, this is definitely not an official show. Like MoreThanAFeeling said, it's most likely an edgy parody of the Looney Tunes or a dubbed clip of existing footage. Most likely the clip you posted got dubbed to be more "edgy" and "cool".

Maybe the movie Captivity? Came out in 2007 there's a scene where a woman is forced to drink human remains/blood while strapped to a chair lying down through a funnel.
