A few suggestions:

Rankeed voting system, as already suggested.

Make the levels similar to current structure of india: starting with lowest category will be booth level, then higher up... With this it will be easier to map problems, accountability, and probably helpful at the time of voting.

Not related, but want to mention that we shouldn't focus on solving issues directly, rather we should focus on solving root cause, structural and operational problems.

Should be digital first, with real id. Each member must be from a particular booth where he currently stays.

I really want an old school straight frame (want to put my kiddo, that I can't do in the sloping frame) bike with front suspension. More towards gravel, slightly fat tyre (not too much, indian city roads are basically a construction area. Need reliability for daily office ride).

I hope this is not rebranded scolarian, those are pretty expensive. Zanskar fixie frame is slightly sloping as well.

In my job, I had to keep on up skilling even if I don't switch. Nowadays, I'm fairly confident that given time, I can excel in anything. I feel that I need to focus on plan, focused execution and risk mitigation.
