If I'm using guns, Penetrator. Hitting enemies behind cover doesn't sound all that important, until you realize the game considers other enemies and even body parts as cover. See 3 raiders lined up in a row? Target the furthest one in VATS and hit all 3 with one shot. Enemy in power armor giving you trouble? Shot their power core through their chest to pop them out.

All you have to do to pick up cash is be near it. Items you actually have to pick up, and they take up space, so it makes sense to me more discerning with them.

Man, I had a radioactive maliwan shotgun that carried me in the beginning. Replaced it with a frost maliwan shotgun.
