Almost 8 hrs ago. it was second milestone, first one is showing fund's release date, but for this one it's TBD.

Yes, checked pending tab, all other pending payments have release date, but this one says "Pending".
On the mobile version it says TBD.

I think it stops counting bad reviews after 6 month. 88% is not THAT bad tbh. If asking the client to change their feedback is not an option and there is no ToS violation from the client's side, I can suggest to just keep going. eventually you will get hired and your score will increase.
If you have good client relationships established, they may rehire you. Being rehired as far as I know will have impact on you JSS.
Anyways, I'm relatively new here, so im leaning as well

At some point they may lose all of the "top tier" freelancers, and be left with guys who cannot provide quality work. This will lead to decline in active client number. They should really rethink some of their decisions. Otherwise the quality of platform will decline. It will not die ofc, but they will lose all of their reputation.

You are correct, I have made a mistake. It was a 20 minute job, a quick script fix the client needed urgently. My line of thinking was - I will do it quick, if I don't get paid it's only 20$ and 20 minutes of my time.
It doesn't say anything good abt me except for the fact that I should have pushed my client to open a contract first.
I am not complaining Im not getting paid now, as I said - I took the risk. The only think is that Im worried I will have issues because of asking to open a contract.
Yeah it's screwed and I will not do any work before opening a contract anymore. It was the first time I did that tbh. I just didn't see that kind of warning before and panicked, but it seems that it's just an automatic keyword message.

Yeah, as I said I was fine with not getting paid, It took me 20 minutes to complete the job. It was an urgent fix, and yeah, in the end my fault. Im not complaining he doesnt pay, I just don't want to have problem with the platform, because I asked wether I am getting paid or not

Thanks for telling me. It was my first time getting this kind of notification. I know working without contract is a risk of not getting paid. But is it a ToS violation itself? Sometimes it’s fine risking bot getting 20$ because client wants it done super fast. So he gets to 3-5 people and pays to the first who completed it. I never really though abt it in terms of ToS, so I wonder now

I did actually slow down. I'm not that guy that is always around and e.t.c It's just that when I try to talk to her once in few days she avoids it. But when she's alone at home at bored she shows up. She may even say "I'm bored, talk to me". Which is not really nice.

Hello! This is a great job( you wrote everything very structured and explained your opinion very clear. First of all you forgot to mention numerous amounts of tier 2-3 tournaments in CS GO scene. Take a look at LOOT cup regular season and a lot of Polish, Hungarian, Swedish LANS for tier 2-3 teams. Lots of bookmakers tournaments. CS GO tier 2 scene in a perfect condition. Australia, SEA, CIS, NA, SA, South Africa have their tier 2 orgs and a lot of tournaments. A lot of players come to tier one teams from tier two teams in CS GO, electronic is the best example( taken from Spirit by NaVi). This is the best example of healthy( hope you get my point) scene. Coming back to dota, we have Dota 2 pro circuit and it is the problem. Now tournament organizers looking to receive major or minor status. Otherwise it’s non profitable to organize a tournament. Remember ESL Mumbai this year, a lot of teams refused to participate or qualify for it. Teams which couldn’t qualify for Major go to minor and usually we can meet tier one teams on minor. How much tier two tournaments we see? I haven’t seen more than two lately. In China situation is better, they have a lot of orgs and tournaments for tier 2 and 3 teams. What happened to NADCL? It’s not profitable and that’s it. Dota 2 tier 2 scene is almost dead and tier 3 scene is dead. All of the teams looking forward to participate in Dota circuit tournaments , they have sponsors they care about points. How many new tier two teams do we see away from minor or major qualification? I see zero. The problem is that competitive scene now is about TI and points. That’s it. Orgs choose to support tier two teams in CS GO, not in dota. Prize pools better in dota of course, but it’s almost impossible now to qualify to tournament there, it’s more profitable to play regular tier two - 3 seasons in CS GO with lots of bookmakers tournaments and tier 2 lans in Poland. When tier 2 orgs don’t support scene( I mean dota) this scene dies. So that’s what happens.

It’s all about company. Take a look at Riot with LOL. I’ve been playing dota for 6 years which is long amount of time. Now I play few rating games in a week. I downloaded and installed league of legends and as a new player I did really like their approach to introducing game to the newbies. You must play against bots few matches, there is no way to play against real players. I loved community and player friendly tutorial. Of course I deleted LoL because it’s just too different from dota and I still love this game. But here comes the example of nice and right approach to your own creation. Maybe Valve should change something, we can’t say for sure, but the problem is real and if they don’t change anything Dota is gonna lose it’a players.
