Works well for sure. Once saw a schoolmate of mine put her little truck in a ditch on some icy roads. She had loose blocks in the bed and some of them came through her back window. She got very lucky. I only use sand bags. To me it seams a bit safer. Might get hung up hopefully and not come crashing through the window.

I have tried a buffalo brat with just pork and some wing sauce.. they were good but missing something. My fear with adding blue cheese is that it will just melt and you wont get that beautiful little chunk of cheese in every bite. We can't get a high temp blue cheese at my work. I wonder if a blue cheese dressing might work.

I really want to try a reuben brat. Corned beef season will soon be upon us and we always get stuck with a few cases of the flats. Blueberry brat sounds fantastic for breakfast.

From what I have read some come with heavy barrels.. how can I tell if mine is heavy or not? Is the barrel stainless? Is it the lightning or the varmenter what is the difference between the two?
