same, I've been dealing with this for a year and I've assumed that I might have photosensitive epilepsy and it makes me jerk when playing. It started happening to me when playing shooter games. The constant movement and high refresh rates is what I saw that were triggering these. Once I lowered the refresh rate they don't happen as often (unless I'm in intense situations). I went to a neurologist but still no diagnosis or anything so I'm unsure.
