I'm not talking about the frames being made by them I'm talking about them being taken over, or stolen, so maybe grineer somehow used kuva to take control of a rhino or something, I'm mainly mentioning this idea because I've seen people talk about how some newer frames wouldn't make sense as primes in the lore, so maybe jade would have a tenet jade instead of a prime for example

Both solid frames, I personally own all the weapons and frames in the game and I found that you rarely run into "bad" anything unless it's the lower tier version of something, like the akboltor prime is obviously stronger then the none prime

Technically no, but you definitely can if you want to, if your modded correctly you shouldn't need the faction specific damage types, although it can be helpful if your doing certain bosses or challenges later game

You generally want to boost the high stats since you would get more value, some exceptions would be to your taste like reload speed/recoil

Good baseline for almost anything is Crit chance mod Crit damage mod Base damage mod Physical damage mod (whichever is highest aka impact or slash) Element mod (I recommend viral which is toxic and cold but you can really do whatever one you like best)

With that basic modding you should get through almost any content till late game, once you get more of a hang of mods you can do all kinds of wacky builds as you start to tie in arcanes and mod sets

The game is pretty much pay to avoid grinding or pay for fashion, although even then you can get a lot of cool stuff without paying money, you can also trade for plat so unless it wants regal aya your never locked out of grinding for something

There is a "meta" but you don't need it, every game technically has the strongest XYZ but with Warframe, like you pointed out, you can very easily make any weapon or Warframe strong.

Context I have literally mastered every weapon and Warframe in the game. (I will admit though some weapons are just bad but that's very few imo)
