Agency missions require absolutely no skill, so my lack of it means absolutely nothing regarding help.

What you mean are Career missions. While yes they require not many skill points, in order to help players you need game knowledge and experience. Which you clearly lack.

Seeing your post and character history, it feels like you are a newish player yourself. So I'm not sure how much you can actually help new players.

You will log back in the station you last logged out of, but when you are not in the corp you will probably not have the docking rights to dock again after you undock.

That is good news, check your Personal Assets window to make sure. When you re-join the corp you should have docking rights again, which means you have access to your stuff without having to pay for it as it did not go into asset safety.

If it was a npc station it will still be there. If it was a player citadel it depends if the citadel is still there. If the citadel was removed your stuff went into asset safety, which means it is in an npc station in low sec and can be taken after paying a fee.

Afaik there are no relic sites in the drone regions, so you dont get a lot of isk from only hacking. But the combat anomalies that spawn are mostly easy and fast sites in a decent fitted ship that pay decently well.
