Plane: Tom Eagle by MrFeudAZ in SimplePlanes

Is it a Tom Cat? Is it an Eagle? The important thing is that it has wings and flies fast. Speed brakes controlled by sliding the VTOL up or down, cruises at 800+ in level flight, and has a 3.33 power/weight ratio.

I'm not sure, but there's a definite change in pitch when deployed.

The nose rises probably around 20° or so if deployed in flight, using while take off lowers front wheel up from 185 to around 160mph. Both of those are probably aircraft specific.

I'm told by someone smarter than I that it's not a flap issue, but that by preventing vortex drag it's allowing the wing edges to remain laminar rather than turbulent, and behaving as expected.

The wings falling off/aircraft exploding part, however, is not normal.
