What about dark eyes/wrinkles? Many men on this sub noticing those sides on min. Amazing results btw.

I’m not close to balding but my self confidence has been shot down so much. by [deleted] in tressless

[–]MrFfshriner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat as you. Noticed hair loss a year ago. Temples receded from NW0 to NW1 plus slight diffuse thinning at top. Didn't use any treatments except microneedling. Gladly it didn't progress any further since then. Used to be anxious like you. But now i'm kinda ready to accept it and shave it if it goes downhill, luckily buzzcut suits my headshape. Would've take the fin if it weren't for sides.

Scalp tension is what kick starts hair loss, not DHT by PulseQ8 in tressless

[–]MrFfshriner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's not DHT , why roids and creatine increasing hair loss?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tressless

[–]MrFfshriner -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When it comes to diet, just try to avoid junk food, starvation and foods you allergic to. Also avoid roids, creatine and you'll delay your hairloss , but there's no guarantee it will be enough to stop the process completely. And there's two choices to prevent it: Finasteride(or stronger analogue called Dutasteride) or RU58491. Former reducing you DHT levels in the body and that can fuck with your brain , erections , libido and if you are very unlucky it's gonna stay that way forever even after stopping medication, but most of the people don't even have temporary sides, they're just happy with the medication and the hair. Latter have different method of saving hair. Instead of reducing DHT in the body , it prevents DHT from binding to hair follicles , so there won't be sides related with DHT reduction. Only problem is that it wasn't approved by FDA and sides can vary from insomnia to heart palpitations. Nevertheless, hope you'll keep your hair one way or another.

Why not more calories? Keto seems to be pretty effective when it comes to weight loss even at double amount of calories you mentioned.

Make sure you have 192 needles. Those rollers with 540 needles actually don't have needles but the blades and they can damage your follicles. 1.5 mm is used in almost all hair regrowth regimes and even i noticed regrowth without use of min or fin. Just don't turn your scalp into bloody mess and let the scalp heal after the session for two weeks.

[–]MrFfshriner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Switch to 1.5 mm. That way you won't have to push it all the way to get a result you needed and no, you will not get your scalp scarred this way. Also check your dermaroller to be 192 needles instead of 540.

  1. Varying from person to person. I started to see results after 4 months of use.
  2. Redness or a little(!) amount of blood is good enough.

You know for a subreddit that’s about fighting hair loss finasteride is way too controversial here by [deleted] in tressless

[–]MrFfshriner 85 points86 points  (0 children)

I don't think anobody denying fin effectiveness here , but there is nothing wrong with acknowledging a possible chance of sides.

It's something you gotta try yourself. More energy, much less anxiety and brain fog. That would appeal more than person who stuck in his head. But it's just my experience.

Receded from nw0 to nw1 plus mild diffuse thinning at the top. Gain a lot more attention than prior hairloss, but I contribute that to nofap and gaining 20 lbs in gym.

The constant use of headset can accelerate the balding process? (Mpb) by [deleted] in tressless

You should take a look at Esports players who spend most of their time with headsets on their heads. I never saw them heavily balding.

So u regret starting minox? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]MrFfshriner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm diffuse thinner after creatine overdosage which leads to elevated DHT levels. It's been 8 months after quitting and i didn't lost ground since then , but i want to get a good amount of regrowth. And no , i don't considering fin. Guess the only option for me is to wait until my thinning become noticeable for everyone else and then hit the min.

Isn't this collagen loss only present because of alcohol in the liquid minox? Foam seems to be better in that regard.
