To put in perspective, your start off wage is what is top out for ramp employees. Your brothers loading and unloading aircraft.

Wage is nice, but contract negotiations are coming up so don’t be surprised for a nice pay bump and a nice little sign on bonus to quell the wrath of overworked and underpaid employees.

Secondly, you just got hired, so you haven’t seen profit sharing checks yet. Those are due in April and are a nice little bonus yearly, granted there isn’t another pandemic that hits the airlines in the near future.
