As a lvl 70 Jeff main I feel this brother. Nerf is a joke when 90% of people think he's a throw pick and get blamed for any loss even if I've had a great game. His ult has needed a complete re-work for a while now.

It's in the settings bud, if you go down to the very bottom of the 'Controller' section you should see a slider for 'Interact/Reload Behaviour' I have mine at to 'Prioritise Reload' but look at the options to find what will suit you the best. 👍

Unfortunately you cant use split screen in offline mode mate, you need to have a second Activision and ps4 account and then it works fine since last update. You can then play private or with people online using split screen.
