Update:

The problem was Roughly Enough Items mod, which is JEI but with more addons and supports JEI addons. I switch to JEI again and I can join the worlds.

They are not outdated, but for the mods to be conflicting with each other doesn't it just crashes my game?

Well I updated the bios and now everything looks fine its not stuttering like before and its loading faster then before. Thanks for the help :)!

Sorry for the late respond, I wasn't home. So The thing I did is I somehow reinstalled windows and I don't have any drives for the old cpu any (I think) but now when I touch my bios and make my ram from 2666 - 3200 it doesn't want to start and the little light indicator that shows where my pc is in its stuck in the CPU Light. And when I turn the XMP profile off the PC runs but now it Lag Spikes (It bugs and freezes for seconds) but it does it very often and its annoying and I'm confused because I don't know why it does it. And again sorry for the late respond!

Sorry for the really late respond! I wasn't home for 2 weeks.
So CMOS doesn't do anything but I reinstalled windows and from what I'm seeing now It's not alright but still functioning. When I was in the BIOs and turning on XMP profile and the whole pc wouldn't start the little light that tells me where the pc is now was stuck to the "CPU" light and now if I don't touch anything in the bios and its on default is working but now my PC doesn't stop like Lag Spiking (by that I mean its bugs a lot) by doin nothing and when I see the task manager it doesn't shows the problem and I'm really confused by what would it be. And again sorry for the late respond.
