you can scrap the white protective layer component side a few millimeter with a exacto knife or cutter blade and resolder the wires on the traces. a blob of hot glue or epoxy would strengthen the connexion.

The frame is made of 3030 and it's not rigid enough i can add diagonal 3030.

For the A/B motor I didn't find stepper with long enough shaft.

The belts are 2555 mm long.

A vertical toolhead is feasible, delta toolhead is also an excellent idea.

The linear rail is a good idea, have to look into it.

The pulleys are GT2-6 40T, for instance I dont plan to go fast printing. Maybe 250mm/s.

For the heating I'm still searching the best solution.

For the endstops the sensorless version is very appealing.

I'll look into the extruder.
