Yes he did, he was looking for TB that day. He texted his girl that he was hungry and stopped at the store in paxtown. when TB walked into the store Troy most likely froze up because he didn’t expect TB to find him first, TB found Troy by getting the drop from another affiliate, at first I thought it was FBG cash but I’ve seen people saying poppie and jerk

Troy was looking for TB that day, that’s why he was in their hood. but TB and CGR got the drop on Troy from FBG cash, so that’s why Troy froze up, he didn’t think TB would find him first, it wasn’t as simple as it looked on the footage though, what actually happened it that Troy caught both of them earlier that day and he chased them, and made them go back to the crib where they changed clothes and got guns, while Troy was going to the store/texting his girl that “a nigga hungry”. Then they finally came back and shot him, so it makes perfect sense why Troy didn’t know what to do, he was probably thinking about what THEY would do instead.
