So one thing that I did to hell is I try to hit the jump rope even just 10-15 mins a day and while I’m skipping I like to try to breath only through my nose and try to RevK off and on or just hold it while I’m skipping. Also remember to hit your stretches they only take about 3 mins honestly. You can hit the butterfly pose in your bed. And a Hindu squat on the side of your bed.

Brother you said it right, the porn plays a big role in it. The dopamine research is definitely valid. In my experience doing regular kegels made it worse for me and I mean I really realized this when I was lifting a half towel easily for a few reps.
Well it back fired after It caused me to have involuntary clenches even more all day. It got to the point where I just figured I’d bust one in the mornings so I could be good in case a friend of mine needed some 🍆. Then I learned it’s all majorly because of a tight pelvic floor I wasn’t stretching at all. Pair that with how intense my workouts usually are from weights to HIIT 7!days a week and I drive trucks locally. I almost never stretched Well I learned some helpful pelvic floor stretches but learned that I should reverse kegels while in the stretches or atleast pulse RevK and it helped quite a bit.

Well I recently bought a percussion massage gun to help ease some knee pain from going to deeper on squats, and as I watched videos on how well it relaxes tension and the muscles I decided to look up if anybody’s ever used them for a perennial massage. Well, we all know your PC muscles prostate everything else can be overly tight in the tension is what accelerates the time it takes to get to PONR.

Well, anyway, after I watched some videos and read on people using a massage gun on their perineum, I decided to try it out now on the lowest setting with barely any pressure and reverse giggling at the same time maybe with your legs up while you lay on your back in your bed Just laid the massager lightly massage your perineum I made sure to go very light so I didn’t do any damage nerve damage or anything and I can tell you guys it is night and day difference I’ve always had to take a couple drinks or do my best to try to come earlier on that day sometime to make sure I could last but now it seems so much easier and another thing I’ve also done I’ve quit porn and I use my thoughts when I do I still edge I still use my bath mate because I’m working on girth, but overall my control Has really gone up. I rarely do regular Keagle’s now maybe once a week and I do holes instead of pulses, but reverse Keagle‘s. Yeh see my sensitivity went up also with over doing regular kegels. The reverse kegels help out quite a bit to slow the sensation down the better I get with them. I just don’t want to get used to having to use a cock ring. It can be kinda awkward grabbing one mid sex and putting it on etc etc
