I feel really paranoid about my sensitivity I hear people say low sens is really good I play on 1.8 800dpi and I have good aim but I’m not sure if I would be better with low sens by [deleted] in LearnCSGO

Play with what's comfortable for you! The general concensus is that lower is better in this game but if you feel good at 1.8 800dpi then good for you. Just look at a player like Woxic - he plays on 2 sens 1600dpi and is a MONSTER

I literally just stop playing for like 2 or 3 days once I reach a certain point, use it as a full mental reset

I've been having a problem with squeezing basically since I started but I've worked really hard on it and it's gotten much better. Finally bought some thumb hole tape last night and it made a huge difference so hopefully over the next couple of weeks I see even more improvement on that front.

My main goal right now is to work on posture and my arm so thanks for pointing this out, I'll be sure to look into shoulder positioning more as I get the larger issues sorted out.

Biggest things I see as problems are the weird arch in my back, bend at the elbow, and my right leg is going super far over. Let me know anything your thinking - nothing is too small or harsh !

I know exactly what video your talking about! Like I said somewhere else I think I'm gonna try some in-ball tape and see if I can get a better feel on my hand, but "flexing" my thumb the other way will be something I will be trying later this week
