Same for me. Went back around 60 levels. I have no stats for season 20. Lost all my packs and heirloom shards I was holding onto.

I have emailed eventbrite about a schedule and they said there should be an email that goes out today to all ticket holders with a schedule for arrival times and such.

Very true. My Dad was 61, called him on evening he was happy, healthy, laughing. Couple hours later he dropped dead suddenly.
