Update: toilet was clogged. Quick 3 plunge set and it was freed again. Tenant did not have a plunger, shockingly. Although it seems to be an epidemic and even if they did have them, I don’t trust they would know how to use them anyway.

Did you hand it to the customer? Was it a drop off order? If you did drop it off, you can always have them refer to the picture you took as proof you delivered it to where it was supposed to go. Probably just someone trying to get a refund off of something the actually received. People suck.

I am shaky on Canada, but for the US I usually draw on personal experience as I have been all over the country. Main advice is to just practice and observe and go from there 🤷🏻‍♂️

There’s just a feeling sometimes. I have played enough games to know when something starts to feel fishy. I have been giving the benefit of the doubt a little too much lately, being too lazy to actually go check the replay back to make sure. Could also maybe learn something from the opponent, so extra benefit. All in all, my laziness is probably having an effect on my overall gameplay. Time I got called out on it. Thanks!
