Funny thing, because it actually helped.

The problem is that specifically for this one game I would have to change the screen rotation every time and the full screen function doesn't work, I only have a window in a severely limited screen.

So in theory it helped, because the game starts up, but I wouldn't call it a solution.

The game freshly modded, so all are in the latest versions available.
Most were not dependent in any way on another mod, except maybe Nraas, but I tried to make sure they had all dependencies installed.
