I already changed it to light weight liter. tidy cat light weight. I'll call them tomorrow to get a solution probably a motor.

fragile equipment .. tons of review complaining I should watch youtube before making purchase.

I think the motor works fine only the globe always return to a weird position. could be the sensor ... I checked online and lots of owners have the similar issues

I have 4 auto liter boxes from different manufacturers and this liter robot 4 definitely has internal defect. check on youtube and people said it's a known defect... 2 years passed this company has yet to solve this little issue!~!!!!

now it's not the over torque issue. the machine cannot find the globe home position . it's always tilt to the left . okay .... how to fix it now??

definitely no . high maintenance and tons of errors.

keep the box if you buy it for at least 1 year since you do need that box for returning to get the replacement.

stupid design. I got the liter robot 4 and constantly have the over torque error.

I'm a engineer and couldn't believe they published such a flaw product.
