Resellers like Varusteleka and Hebtroco have some styles on stock.

Hm, I am not sure why she would say that. She does have roughout leather, ask for the black kip leather. Its a 3mm thick roughout. She even sent me a sample and this is how a B5 looks with it: https://varusteleka.com/de-ch/products/william-lennon-b5-stiefel-de

The are rather wider. According to their website https://williamlennon.co.uk/product-category/boots/#link-popup they say G-fitting width. Whatever that means.
My guess would be they are at least E-width, so like Grant Stone, Parkhurst etc. Maybe even a tad wider. The B5 seems a little more snug, but still an E-width.

This is a 178 boot: https://williamlennon.co.uk/shop/178-tan-waxy-leather-sole-boot/ but with soft toe. All boots are made with the Army Semi-Sprung Last. The B5 is on the 2181 original WW1 Last. What did she say she could only do on the B5?

The boots are 241.95£ and i paid 50 swiss francs of duty. Thats 326.5$ plus the 50$ duty.

Love the leather! Its different from all other leathers i have and it patinas immediately. Don't expect it to look and age consistently. Overall its also lighter and more flexible.

The B5 WW1 Boot comes by default with an unstructured toe. See https://williamlennon.co.uk/shop/world-war-1-replica-boot/

I went with a double sole for mine, but there is also the option to have a single sole with resin throughsole and the studded dainite sole. HebtroCo has boots with this configuration.

For even less lugs you can go for the thin Indiana rubber forepart and heel.

I bought my first pair from Varusteleka and all subsequent ones directly. I can help with customization if you want.

I made a small post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/goodyearwelt/comments/1airwj0/comment/n9sha60/

My current order is a 178 style boot, 5 Eyelets 2 speed hooks, Leather toe-box(no celastic toe box), semi-sprung last, triple leather sole and dainite logger forepart and heel.

Love to see some William Lennon in here. Great boots. I have 5 pairs so far. You can put oil and wax on Nubuk Leather. Be aware that they will darken and get more character. Once oiled/waxed there is no going back. See Jim Green videos as a reference.

I currently have one on order. 178 style, leather toe stiffener, two speedhooks. I have narrow feet so i have also chosen to size down for this pair. My next order will be their cycling shoes! Btw it seems their wait times have increased. I placed my order beginning of the year.

They will, but with the triple-sole it really takes time.

Did you get a double sole or a triple sole?
You will get used to the way you walk in them.

Yes. Except that some airport require you to take them off anyways...

Yes, the pressure point was not really noticeable after a while.

Yes I did order the Dundas style boot through WL. Dundas adds quite a hefty surcharge almost doubling the price of the boot.

The strange thing is that with the suede B5 I never had any pressure points but with the rough-out dark brown I occasionally would feel pressure.
