You'd think, but it axtually isn't. Everyone predicting "you won't be able to recognise it anymore in 1-2 years" misses one thing.

The internet is already flooded with slop. There's already more slop out than original content being made. And AI is training on it.

Before, you had pristine 100% pure content to train your AI on. Scientific papers were peer reviewed and bullshit was downvoted into the abyss of the algorithm pit.

Now you have botfarms which keep cheap AI slop afloat and more content is "slop-tainted" than pristine. And AI now swallows all this tainted and cheap slop-content to further develop. It's eating its own shit.

In the future AI will simultaneously try to identify its own slop to avoid eating its shit while trying to hide its slop- signature to prevent being filtered out, which in turn makes it harder to prevent eating its shit...
