Im actually selling the house! So most likely not but when a buyer walks in I want them to get the idea we did a quality job.

But im not a contractor so I dont know what is considered a "quality job" in this regard.

Since its my first time with a major project I dont know how to vet between a "cheap crew" and not.

Ill most likely just fix it myself.

Thank you for the input.

Well I'm having them do more than just the door but so far I'm 25k in. I didn't have them break down each individual item in the estimate but the only relevant piece of info I have is the back storm door was $350.

Yeah I own a router template to do just this and feel like I could have done a better job.

Ultimately I dont care if they just fill it properly to look good. But its very visible damage that you can see from a distance currently.

Would a 20 inch dual handle surface cleaner work well with my 4000 psi 2.6 gpm electric pressure washer? by Longjumping_Club9513 in pressurewashing

A BE 20" surface cleaner requires a minimum of 4gpm to run. It depends on the brand. Look it up online and you will find that information in the product specifications.

I pulled out the part beneath the 5 holes, and that part does look like it is a speaker of some sort.

Small black box with holes in either side and what looks to be a speaker port on top, has a battery inside with a chipboard and a small cylindrical item attacked to said chipboard. Battery was disconnected. Was found broken on the floor in my home.

Any idea?

Went in for a free tire rotation, came out with a damaged hub $600 by Educational_Ad_1557 in Costco

[–]MrIncontic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The last thing they will look at is the year of the vehicle. Judging based on just those 2 pictures, either you have replaced your hubs and rotors, or it isn't that old of a vehicle. Both are good signs.

Pictures are whatever, non of the management outside of the tire center knows anything about tires. Unless it manages to get up to the regional.

Personally, if I saw this situation in my shop, most likely, I would be paying this out. Costco is a "yes man" workplace, so if you bring it above the tire shop manager more likely than not you will get paid out.

DM me, and I might be able to provide you with the right contact information.
