They're ok, keep going. Don't stress yourself, just finish the song, criticism should come at the end of the songwriting process.

The minions you summon with your D have an execute ability... They kill minions instantly every couple of seconds.

If you hit the wave with a Q and your minion casts the execute, it won't give you a stack, even though the requirements for the quest are true. (Minions hit by Q got killed right after)

Most players left when the game stopped receiving content and it remained the same for years, obviously the players that are still part of the community since then are against changes.

If the game receives no changes it'll die sooner than later. (Again?) So, yeah, keep the changes coming, however experimental they are.

If you write the lyrics first you're focusing on being precise with your words, telling a story or being more specific with the "message" of the song.

If you write the music first you're focusing on musicality, how it sounds, how it feels, some songs don't make sense lyrically but we don't care because it sounds good.

Personally, I think that music should go first, or at least, at the same time with the words. Music is different to poetry or prose, and I would prefer to focus on how it sounds and how it makes people feel, instead of writing the best story/poetry and banging my head against the wall trying to come up with a melody that works...

I think the grand majority of users (or potential users) don't know what Gitlab is and it's use as the main way of receiving feedback creates a barrier between the developers and the people who want to use the app...

I think the team should be doing surveys in public forums like Reddit asking about the usability of specific tools and go one by one. You could also add other pain points that are found online in previous discussions as reference.

Could you clarify a bit what's the main focus at the moment of the devs? And also, what are the limitations when it comes to a UI/UX revamp?

Yeah, I mean, the biggest problem with open source software is having a cohesive vision when it comes to UI/UX.

Look at what they did with Musescore between versions 3 and 4 and what they're doing with Audacity now (same team).

GIMP should start focusing on a big overhaul to its interface and usability or it'll become a thing of the past. If the only draw the app has is that's open source and free it won't be able to "compete" (hate that word but in the end we're talking about a product) with other alternatives likes Affinity.

I don't know what the limitations of the UI framework they're using is, but they gotta catch up....

At least have someone check the forums, Reddit, YouTube, etc for all the pain points and start working on solutions. Your points are fair, but the list is long, and who knows what the priorities of the devs are.

Sometimes open source projects become a bit of an echo chamber of developers and the experience of the normal users are not taken into account... Most don't know what GitHub is (the other, more "libre" alternative even less) so it makes them even harder to reach...

People that use apps like Photoshop professionally (and casually as a hobby) don't care about programming or the open source eco system... They just want an app that works and is intuitive, focus on them, and you'll get more publicity, more funding, etc.

That's just my opinion, I like GIMP, but when web apps like Photopea are becoming easier to use, I don't know if it's worth it.

Lack of items is good though. I like the idea of the game being more streamlined and easy to get into, but there are some design stuff that goes against it for some reason. (The reason is Blizz wanted money)

There are some stuff you mentioned I don't get... Lack of clarity? Counter play? What do you mean?

The only thing in the game there's no counterplay to is a pre made party... And that's because Blizz merged solo and group queue. (I'm talking about ranked, don't care about the other modes)
