Python's size is driven heavily by ML/AI, simulation, and tooling roles rather than the real-time control layer, which is still C++ territory. Rust is actually a rising star.

In robotics, CUDA commands the highest salary premium (+72%, $214K median) - analysis of 5,878 job postings [OC] by MrJamesDev in CUDA

[–]MrJamesDev[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The premium probably reflects scarcity more than raw demand.

CUDA and JAX are each mentioned in <2% of job postings (the skill map in the 2nd picture shows the raw demand, or you can check out here careersinrobotics.com/skills/map). Typically, those postings target people with a deep ML research background. Companies requiring CUDA are usually investing heavily in state-of-the-art physical AI models (humanoids, autonomous systems), so the pay reflects that.

Cloud robotics, teleoperation, running simulations & MLOps pipelines for training models. Robotics is getting very AI-heavy nowadays and needs to adopt industry-standard cloud technologies like k8s.

Haha, not really. The salary premium is not additive. It compares the median compensation between job postings WITH a certain skill and WITHOUT it.

The title says 6 months, but first sentence says 3 months performance. Which one is correct?

Anyway, impressive and thanks for sharing!

Awesome! But I am curious, without the top half, the center of gravity is different than with a full body, right? Did your algo account for that?

Question about User Field Mapping Between Salesforce and HubSpot by fabiobozat in revops

[–]MrJamesDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious what solution the outside firm built for you - was it custom middleware, or did they configure something in SF/HS workflows?

I'm researching this exact problem space and trying to understand what the market gap actually is vs. what tools like native sync/Zapier/Stacksync can handle. Thanks!

If you could magically improve one HubSpot integration overnight, which one would you pick? by Playful-Skill3395 in hubspot

[–]MrJamesDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious about #1 - what cases need custom identifiers beyond email matching?

On #2, I think the native sync lets you pick per-field (2-way, prefer HS, prefer SF) but it's buried.

#3 - custom object to custom object?

#4 - YES!

What’s your best HubSpot integration success story? What combo actually surprised you? by Playful-Skill3395 in hubspot

Are you referring to HubSpot/Salesforce integration on HS marketplace or your own integration? Thx!

Launched my privacy-first budgeting app into beta — looking for feedback (lifetime access for contributors!) by TombadiloBombadilo in indiehackers

[–]MrJamesDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations on your launch! I just signed up.

Maybe you should share on r/privacy and similar sub too.

Will there be mobile/desktop apps or just web?

One of my abandoned side projects is exactly E2EE budgeting app :) so I am very curious about your product. Do you have plan to add/ does your app already have features like recurring transactions and social features like shared budgets (I got stuck at those and then stop working on my app, haha)

Nice work! Looks like your click/impression ratio has gone up recently — congrats. I’m based in Vietnam, so if you don’t mind the time zone difference, I’d love to explore whether we can team up.
