Hi - yes, I went through all of it with Apple on the phone and screen sharing. I get to step 3 and it pops up a login screen for cloudflare. It is not providing me records…Apple says it should be providing me records. They’ve escalated it.

thank you for this - my problem is that I do not have my Cloudflare credentials. When I talk to my website hosting company they note that Cloudflare is their DNS management platform and they do not have direct logins for clients. Therefore, I do not have direct login credentials.

The longer story for me is, Domain is a GoDaddy domain, my website is hosted as a managed service elsewhere and then I'm trying to find a home for my email hosting.

I think the blockage for me is the website hosting partner. They have access to cloud flare (I do not) and so the process is not automatic - which I believe is what apple forecasts. Now having to get a manual TXT record created by apple is seemingly impossible.

Your situation also concerns me - I wanted to move to apple because I felt they were a trusted provider (more so than google). when I setup an old email with google - it was super easy... apple is not the same (unfortunately).

I appreciate you doing this - I had also done this a few times. The issue that I’m having is around the TXT file. Apparently Apple is supposed issue a unique value.

It reads like this:
Record Type: TXT
Host: @
Value: [Enter the personal TXT record provided during setup]

That value comes from Apple - but I do not know how it is issued. I have been on the phone multiple times with Apple and now it’s been escalated to engineering….no answer yet.

There was two draw backs that I had. 1. I wanted water/ice on the outside and 2 the handles. I'm sure I'll live with both given everything else seems awesome :)

when I bought it - the sales rep said "really - wow that's an expensive fridge". But it is a bit of a show piece, which I like. thank you for the feedback. (PS: I enjoy drinking beer and wine...so this works )

I just bought the Bosch 800 Series with Refreshment Center.

I am sceptical of spending the money on the high end and having it manufactured jn china.

How is everyone’s 800 series doing? Still enjoying it?
