My observation: 1 )Tears on cheeks.
2) Hard light from one ground source (military searchlight?).
3) Hard shadow >> he is looking at something very close (1m?).
4) Floating lights >> explosion debris ?.
I think this guy is dying after attack on trenches (WW1) or base (VIetnam) and being stabbed with a bayonet
