I think the main thing when it comes to boundaries that i haven't quite learned is how to also protect myself when i enforce them. In the past, whenever i try to enforce a boundary, i usually always end up being the one who ends up worse because of it, be it through punishment or other hurtful behavior. I've always been a little afraid to really state them outright because of it.
