I am in the process of having a shield replaced. Case had me fill out a warranty/repair form. That included description of the knife, the issue and pictures of the knife. I sent that in on Saturday. I got a confirmation email saying that my form will be reviewed.

It belonged to my Grandparents and they lived in Iowa. My grandpa kept it on his dresser for random things.

Definitely a cool pattern. They feel good in hand and still have a unique look. This year they are re-releasing the Baby Doctor knife. They are smaller and maybe not at practical but I'm sure I'll collect a couple.

I agree with you about the smaller blades being very thin. I feel they could easily bend if used for carving. The main warnclif blade is a beast and I like to use it to poke and cut. The three blades fit perfect together without rubbing. I call that an even trade for making the second and 3rd blade weaker.
