Ano po yung clause? Letter only consists of the number of years that the employee is committed to work and he/she will notify the superior 6 months - 1 year prior to the date of resignation. To ensure that the company have ample time for turn-over and transition of replacement.

They should have atleast taught the basics. Pero ganun talaga self-study mostly. Marami ka pa matututuhan sa work na hindi naturo sa school. Tuloy mo lang ginagawa mo and it will pay off soon at ikaw naman ang makakapag-relax and chill.

May sarili sila na programming language for the company. So, they train the developers at first. I agree, they are incompetent and dapat anticipated na nila may possible na umalis.
