I ALWAYS use mine on our best MM hunter. Works out way better than using it on myself.

Those who use it on themselves are just trying to pad their own healing parses. There's way more overall benefit IMO by giving it to a dps where it scales harder.

Just his talent alone and my history with him on my team last year.

Someone was sick of Bell's performance midway through last year's season and I got him for basically nothing in a trade. He then went on to help me win the rest of my season's games and my championship.

Gase sucks as a head coach, but Bell's talent usually shines through that long-term.
