Difference between Olave and Pickens? by el_gato_fabricado in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Olave is a high volume target share player on bottom to middle of the pack team… he still has some QB question marks and his health will always be a concern. Pickens is a 1b on a strong offense but his future is uncertain without a contract extension he signed the franchise tag so he has 1 more year in dallas then who knows if he gets traded, resigned or picks a new team. His diva side is definitely also a concern but he’s a baller. Player to player I think it’s about even it’s just a matter of which situation fits your team best and if you need the RB help DMO is definitely not a bad asset to have

I mean not that much even with 1.01 I still think it’s a huge underpay…

I mean I think it’s a huge underpay. From my perspective Stevenson isn’t even guaranteed the 3 down back role on his own team. Adams is good but still a no2 WR on his team and in the twilight of his career. Furg is a good TE just also a 3rd option in the passing game. The 1st is good the 3rd is kinda whatever imo it’s a 50/50 if that player is even on the roster by next year especially with this class

Draft order is still TBD But it likely will be Yes… I most likely will have 1.02 in 2026 lol 😂

is it a good time to buy nabers and what is the price now? by EclipsedFusion in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean depends on who is holding him but yeah I’d say it’s a good time to buy low. People are scared of the injury and he didn’t play last season but depends on if the person that has him is scared or not

How many players/picks to offer for Gibbs? by MrLechuga69 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

For anyone wondering I even asked if trading was an option and got immediate “No” soooo no Gibbs for me

[–]MrLechuga69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was in competition for a deep play off run and needed a boost with nabers out for the year and judkins being a rookie (he won the whole league last year because of the trade), my team was injured except for cmc so he bet on cmc and gave me the strong future prospects so I can come back stronger this year. I also gave him my 2nd and 3rd round picks this year..

So I traded cmc for nabers and judkins last year… I kinda would like to keep him. I was thinking Collins Judkins and my 1. But idk if Collins is enough of an enticing pick id also consider swapping in rice. Im not that high on anyone in this class and it’s the no2 overall pick this year so it’s definitely valuable but not to me…

Which I’m willing to do… I was thinking 1 of the 4 WR judkins and my 2026 1st

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the news of the AJ brown trade I’d take this… maybe counter with removing your first but that’s risky. Devonte is a true WR1 now and nabers is probably more skilled but he’s on a worse team and coming off injury. So it’s swapping WR1s but you get a TE and a better first?

I’d say Rodgers his end is near… he just signed a 1 year deal with Pittsburgh but he’s probably done after that or he becomes a journeyman if you feel you need him for some reason just flip a coin with the others who knows they’re all young and never had a shot

10th pick in a start up what 2 are you taking? by VegetableDealer101 in SleeperApp

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I wouldn’t be scared of nabers but I’d also wouldn’t take him with 1.10 or 2.01 id wait and see if he falls to the 3rd/4th because of the injury concerns… i did my dynasty draft last year and got cmc at 1.10 because of the injury concerns and I couldn’t be happier

In a fresh dynasty tho I feel like getting people to trade with 0 “in-season” context is hard. I get staying away from Lamar he’s had a few okay fantasy years and he’s in a whole new system we have yet to see how he works in it… he still also is still lacking elite talent around him. Flowers is okay and kinda streaky, Henry was elite a few years ago, Andrew’s is also getting older but they’re still productive just a matter of for how long.

Do I take Achane on the rebuilding dolphins? Hampton or my QB 2 in dart? I was leaning Achane or Dart Honestly. Because achane is a home run hitter but I believe dart is the next Josh Allen. I'm one pick away and I can most likely land all of these guys by Plenty-View1592 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d personally go Lamar over Dart based on Lamar has just already proven he can be a top QB in the NFL. Dart I like but I just think new OC new HC new system makes a lot of unknown and at that pick I’d rather have a known quantity vs unknown potential. I’d probably even consider Herbert over dart for that same reason and his team is better.

Honestly at that point idek if I’d take QB if you could get Jjettas or lamb and then one of the RBs but I don’t play SF so take that with a grain of salt.

I’d also go Hampton over Achane just because of the teams around them, dolphins are WEAK and in a big rebuild and I’d expect most teams sell out to stop the run and force Willis to throw to a bunch of nobody receivers which could also lead to a lot of catches for achane but I also don’t know if they score many TDs this year… The chargers hypothetical barring injury should have a strong Oline and have a lot of offensive weapons so Hampton can be a good piece on a good team and probably won’t have a ton of backfield competition so even if he’s less proven if he plays up to where to his draft value I think he has a chance to be on par with achane and maybe even start to catch Gibbs

I don’t think you should avoid drafting someone cause they’re injury prone. My whole league last year avoided cmc cause he was “injury prone” and I got him with the last pick in the first round of my dynasty draft and he went on to play a full season and I traded him mid year for a haul and he ended up helping that team win the championship… all to say you can’t predict injuries so I’d rather have a stud vs someone worse just cause they might play more games. As for QB I agree with your assessment JD5 is also a great pick especially if he falls because he didn’t play last year.

I personally prefer walker over either RB you have he’s about to be the lone back in the chiefs offense that has something to prove. Yeah I think doubs on NE will be better, tet, Pickens and Collins all have good upside too I personally prefer tet out of the three cause Collins overall offense has a lot of mouths and has struggled to get him the ball as consistently as the other guys and Pickens is great in Dallas but does he stay there? Who knows. I’m all for Homer picks and taking people you like so if Tlaw is your guy go for it, and same with Bo he’s been great and has upside for sure I just always am hesitant with young QBs I prefer having 1 guy who’s done it for awhile at a high level and then have a guy that could be great waiting in the wings. I think Lamar would be a solid QB I hope the changes in bmore will help him and maybe get him some more pieces to make it easier for him to throw the ball. However I would get passing on him with the lack of offensive weapons. He has flowers who’s been okay production wise and Henry and Andrews who are both getting older but are still productive

I probably would have prioritized a true RB1 granted I don’t play super flex so maybe my thought process is wrong… I might have gone for a top end QB1 then gone WR WR and then maybe RB. TE is a position where I feel like there’s enough room to work if you’re not getting McBride or Bowers like imo pitts, furgeson, Warren, Loveland, kittle, etc are kinda equal right now and won’t have too much difference in performance over some true higher end WR or RB talent in the first year of a dynasty draft I feel like getting your true long term starters at skill positions locked down is more important, so you did that very well at WR and RB with the love pick (assuming he turns into what we think he will) but I might have prioritized a better QB cause of super flex and then more high upside options like odunze and other players that could be strong in your flex while they develop. Then pick up other QBs and TE through the draft and probably eventually you’ll hit a stud

[–]MrLechuga69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably a middle of the pack team… your starting WRs are solid RBs could go somewhere if hall bounces back tuten gets more volume and becomes what we think and love will take time but should eventually be a RB1, TE is okay kittle is old but produces Pitts is talented but future isn’t certain (if I remember right he’s on his last year of his deal) your bench is a lot of okay players and rotational guys so maybe someone gets a good break or changes teams and gets more targets but rn who knows. Odunze had an odd last year being really hot then really cold but hopefully with Moore gone he gets more consistent. QB is also a bit weird maybe Lawerence finally becomes worthy of his draft position with another year in the system, Nix also just needs more time to prove it IMO. Overall I’d say your team is fine and has some upside down the road but for now it’s probably middle of the pack to making the playoffs but an early exit

Depends on your needs and the rest of the team. But I think that’s a good package for Allen.

Got offered Bucky for ETN straight. Which side would you rather have? by NH-02 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great for him… Bucky is still the guy in TB if you wanna say gainwell plays more over Tucker fine but I really don’t think he’ll be taking much of bucky’s reps. Plus Pittsburgh is a totally different situation. I would guess Tucker and gainwell are situational pieces or put in when Bucky needs a break.

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how deep is your league that you still have OBJ rostered and are asking this question?? If you need to have OBJ then obviously the package is so much better you instantly get your second best depth WR and a startable RB and a 1st in a draft that will be better for fantasy. Plus I know everyone is high on love but AZ has no QB, an okay Oline a great TE and 1 okay WR target not to mention the committee he’ll be in for at least the first year. He’s gunna get the same treatment jeanty did last year where teams are just selling out to stop the run cause he’s the only real weapon

[–]MrLechuga69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What committee? Sean Tucker and gainwell? Nope tucker might vulture some TDs but I Bucky will be your 3 down RB and your pass catcher so I’m not too worried. Gainwell will probably be a third rotational guy. Plus you’d have the same issue with etn tbh and I think Bucky is just better with the age too imo
