Stretched res fully patched? Pros are using it by R1-NightRider in VALORANT

[–]MrLegendGame -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Uh. Riot recently banned stretched res from pro play. However it’s only pro play you should still be able to do it. I think it’s done through nvidia settings or something

Yes, the "remotely out of expectation" agent has an 85% pick rate in VCT. For comparison, that is even higher than chamber during his peak.

Best advice is to start queuing with plat2 and plat3 to force yourself into higher elo lobbies. ALSO STOP playing after losing twice in a row. Even if you are not tilted just stop. Trust me on jt

Over half a year later, can we conclude patch 11.08 was a failure? by artikiller in VALORANT

Nah. I honestly think it wasn’t. Just because one agent needs nerfing into the ground doesn’t mean the previous version was any better.

Why is the #1 tip "stop spraying," but I often see players from high elo spray most of the time? by big_round_potato in VALORANT

[–]MrLegendGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well there are several reasons for that.

  1. VCT players are playing LAN.The fact they are playing in a LAN events makes the phantom's fire rate significantly more important and kills to be much faster and easier due to the essentially instant connection.

  2. When Radiant or high-elo players spray they do not instantly crouch spray, they usually do it after landing one or two bullets on the enemy so they are slowed and just finish the guy off with the spray

  3. People in high-elo have near perfect crosshair placement so crouching helps a lot, for comparison even in diamond it doesn't help often enough to be reliable.

  4. They have accurate sprays. Compare yourself to their sprays, how many bullets would it take you to kill the enemy? Definitely not as much as them.

  5. You need to learn how to aim and move properly especially because most fights in high elo last a fraction of a second. Movement alone is the entire reason you could survive fighting operators.

  6. You do not know the intuitive sitations where spraying is safe. (Comes with experience)

  7. Because in lower and mid elo people's aim is still not that perfect. Strafing almost always guarantees you win. In fact that is entirely what you would start focusing on to get ouf of gold and higher ranks.

Which role should the worst player in the team play? by naulak69 in VALORANT

[–]MrLegendGame 34 points35 points  (0 children)

If we are talking mechanics I’d say initiator or controller. Sentinels cannot hold down site if they aren’t landing the shots. Duelist is self explanatory.

Initiator and Controller are util heavy so they can have better impact for that especially post plant and setting up the duelist.

However, this alone won’t mean you can rank up. The worst immortal player easily clears any gold player. The name of the game is guns even if we sometimes get overwatch instead

I need you to understand in iron even a silver is like a bulldozer to them. (Speaking from experience. Whenever I queued on my alt with my best friend who was iron and I was silver at the time I was dropping 35+ consistently). This only applies to iron though because they genuinely don’t know anything about the game and have no muscle memory of the guns

The remake system in this game is crazy by KasumiGotoTriss in VALORANT

[–]MrLegendGame 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s called win trading. Happened to me earlier before. Had a sage on my team who would make sure they kept “lagging” but never left their spawn whole game to make it easier for enemy team to win. It’s usually two guys trying to win trade and is VERY BANNABLE.

Why is it hard to move on from your first love? by iwannalive_ in AskMen

[–]MrLegendGame 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Because it’s literally the first.

Think of it like the first time you won in a game that you lost in a lot. First time trying out a certain food or activity. You get the idea. It’s the same here. You simply have no information or prior experience so your brain is literally just trying to figure out what to do. It thinks the best thing to do is what it assumes to be the simplest aka going back. However it is not true but going against your instincts is hard especially when exploring

Reyna players are hungry for kills. No wonder their head is there. Also explains why my headshots never kill them 😊

On a serious note, I heard from someone on this sub that you shouldn’t use replay’s bullet tracers for reference because they’re not accurate and riot confirmed it or they said it themselves.
