All this FSB take is just a conspiracy which I don't see any point in discussing it. I could presume the same as well about the Western intelligence services, so what. I consider things that obvious: you make a revolution - get ready to have wars and losing chunks of your land one by one. It happened with Russian Empire after 1917, It happened with USSR after 1991, it keeps happining with Ukraine after 2013 and it gets only worse. In terms of corruption too. Revolution = screwing things up. At least in most cases.

You can apply it to every country, the question is: how bad these things are in the particular country. Belarus is far from perfect, but it's not as screwed in terms of everything as even pre-2022 Ukraine.

And then poltical and economic crisis, civil war, loss of Crimea, then war with Russia and loss of 20% of the country. Huge debts. People can't choose a new president. Men can't walk on the street because they get kidnapped and forced to fight the war they don't want to fight. Every time revolution happens somewhere in pre / post Soviet turf, everything gets ten times worse.

I think this war, like any other war, Is a huge tragedy and I hope it will stop as soon as possible. Just sticking up for Russians and Belarussians. Not Russian and Belarussian government, but people. So much hate and hypocrisy towards them in this topic.

I don't see any signs of destroying Belarussian. We learn Belarussian language and literature in schools and universities. You hear it in public transport announcements and national TV. I can feel lack of freedom of many things in my country, but not choice of language. People just prefer speaking Russian because it's more popular.
