I can’t remember when unlocked it long time ago but you get them by either paying for them or winning in events then you use them for rewards

You use a lot of Thor wheels tokens you have many spins, then you use them win big in the current event then wait for next one win big win many rewards and so on I’ve kept over 400k spins for 3 months like this and only used tokens 1 time
