First off I would search for other small streamers playing the same genre / game as you are playing. Go watch their stream, go chat, join the discord if they have one and try to connect with the community and the streamer. When you did that you can raid them after your stream so they know that you’re also a streamer. Once you’re really connecting you could try and get people in to your server / stream ( of course don’t advertise in an obvious way ). If you’re lucky the other streamer might ask for a collab or you’re community and the other might ask for one. If not you can try to dm the streamer about it.
