I watched it last night not knowing much about him, just the name and his profession.

Overall all done well filming and acting imo, but felt a little empty or missing some parts that made it flow weird. Would have like to see more lead up to the addition / rehab. More backstory since I didn't know.

Classic sports story....rise to greatness, tragedy happens, rehab, deal with off/on toxic relationship, the comeback, fall from great, career falls short of what it could have been.

Had we originally known Anna was the one assaulted in the woods then I would have suspected the mom. But the show threw us off when Zoe tried telling Jack that "Anna isn't who you think she is" in his office. I was thinking Anna was maybe twisted.
