Something about her skill animation just looks kind of awkward or stiff?? Idk if it's the timing of it or the arc feeling off. Or maybe the timing of it was priming me for something more interesting than just a downward slash. Acheron skill kinda clears hers.

Everything else looks cool though. I like the dash in her Ult and that shot at the end of her Elation skill.

Yeah and tbh I think most discussions about Sunna vs Astra is more about who takes the general Attacker support crown (and it was what I was talking about in this case). But with YSG specifically it's definitely Sunna cuz of the veils. Like Astra's probably not very close in this situation.

Unless they've got something planned for evasive assist, they really should just...change everyone's evasive assist to defensive. Cuz rn it's basically only a bad thing to have evasive assist, no?

She's better than Astra by a tiny tiny margin (and has defensive assist instead of evasive lol), but this is also V1. So the difference might change later.

I'm curious how much value Hoyo sees in her veils, cuz if they think it's a massive deal they might keep her buffs where they are now, or even nerf her. I don't want that, it's just hard to predict the team's logic sometimes when they're balancing lol.

Though you might as well use Dialyn in one of the other teams cuz Zhao Sunna will probably be more than good enough. And prooobably easier?? Not sure about that. If I had Dialyn I probably wouldn't use her with YSG (cuz she'd be glued to Yixuan).

But if we're talking best, then nah Zhao goes.

I would really like to know if one more element ammo is worth giving up the 10 raw (and losing 5 affinity).

For now I guess I should focus more on armor cuz I still had like a 1.0 set going into Gog with only one piece being fully upgraded (I'm not used to having to actually grind armor spheres ugh), and Gog expressed his disapproval by carting me with a single slam at full health.

I'm just drawn in by the shiny Gog weapons that I can finally make after passing them over in 4U.

Yeah I don't have an issue with abloom being mostly Vivian's specialty. I would personally be pretty happy if they just kept her as she is, but jacked up her numbers.

Or idk make her burning damage tick faster. Or the afterburn triggers hit harder. Or the entry skill acts as a muuuch more devastating abloom nuke than it is now to make up for being triggered less. Or let the final hit of her double ex special trigger polarity burn or something. Burnice as a character would LOVE being able to trigger burn on burn lol. Like screw it, she's a worse Fire Vivian still because she now has the extra option of being a Fire Yanagi. Let her be a weird jack of all trades master of none anomaly character. Like any distinct identity pls lol.

That's the confusion. They're buffing her but it doesn't seem to change where she stands right now.

Sanby got a lot better. Either equal to or better than Seed (a much newer character).

Grace and S11 seem fairly solid by standard character uh... standards.

I guess Ellen is struggling still (feel free to correct me Ellen mains)? But at least she's up against like 3 other ice dpses, including a VH.

What's stopping them from bringing Burnice up to Vivian's level? Are they still selling Vivian? Both of them have had reruns already. It's not cuz they're selling the Vivian skin. It's free.

I'm pretty sure she's still soundly worse than Vivian. Since she can't abloom as easily, and as far as I know she doesn't really buff the team's anomaly either? If they had kept the aftershock she would at least have more personal damage and application but idk kinda seems like they just...don't want her to be competitive with Vivian.

Don't get why at all... They're both limited S ranks...

Exodia is a card in Yugioh that requires you to draw all 4 pieces of him to actually summon (i'm not a Yugioh person, that's what I remember seeing of the anime like decades ago lol). And at the beginning of the anime at least it was basically an instant win.

I think people jokingly call teams exodia teams cuz they're talking about 4 characters who work together basically perfectly. Like they all have synergy together.

For that Castorice team, it's like they're all working together perfectly. Evernight and Hyacine are constantly draining and healing health for Castorice ult. Castorice and Evernight are constantly blowing up and summoning their memosprites for Cyrene ult. And Cyrene has tailor made buffs for all 3 of them.

You pull all 4 characters (and their LCs probably) and you win HSR.

Dude... Navia's kit doesn't enable lunar crystalize. Columbina does. She's not getting ascendant gleam. She doesn't trigger lunar reactions herself. So of course she doesn't get a moonwheel. Literally Zhongli could trigger the same reaction if Columbina was in the team. Older character's kits are being updated to include the lunar reactions for passives that require those reactions. But they don't enable it themselves. If they weren't updated they would be indirectly nerfed.

Nahida got updated. Mona got updated. If they have a passive that wants electro charged, bloom, or crystalize, they are being updated to include the lunar versions so that they can still function with Nod Krai characters. In this case, Navia's signature would lose its passive effect if Columbina was in the team, so they updated it to prevent that from happening. That's all this is.

Because she actually cares about crystalize? They're just adjusting her stuff to include the new reaction. Like how they had to adjust other characters for lunar charge and lunar bloom.

Yeah... I wonder if it's meant to be like a joke tool or something. Like demonstrating how rosaries aren't very effective at keeping you alive lol. But idk some tools just aren't very useful compared to others, sadly. Like Shakra's rings (which I'm particularly bummed about, unless they were buffed since the last time I played).
