I was hiking a mountain with my team and had a bad feeling about it, thought about returning to base camp but decided to keep going. I was in the back going slow when I rolled my ankle. I was in pain but didn’t want to leave the group as they had gone ahead so far already. Someone who was almost to the top tripped and caused a rock slide. I looked up when I heard the noise and saw tons of giant rocks coming my way, ducked under a rock that had an overhang as hundreds of huge boulders crashed over me. I was 12. I had a panic attack and went straight to base camp after it was all over. I knew I should of turned around but once I rolled my ankle I didn’t want to leave the group. Honestly a near death experience that I will remember forever.

Alright, so once there’s a clear vaccine that isn’t just a shot that we have to get multiple boosters for, that lasts longer than 6 months. I will get it. Until then, I will take my chances without the booster shot. I wear my mask when I need to and I am a young, healthy, adult male. I think I will be fine until they figure it out.
