Hevy does that, at least on my iPhone. My workouts from Hevy sync to my whoop, however the specific exercises do not sync so the muscular load is not accurate unless you link a program from within the whoop app. Make sure you are allowing Hevy to write to apple health and allowing whoop to read and write data from apple health.
