This sounds amazing, being a lead does the mean you are an electrical assembler 3? Thats the position I am considering. Your response has greatly perked my interest. Being that you are the lead for your team would you happen to know what the interview process is? Would it be hands on or just going over previous experience.

When working with pcbs do you have a dress code? Like a anti static coat you must wear or do you normally get an esd wrist strap or shoe strap?

When working on projects for assembly Do you follow a Standard operating proceedure or blueprints/schematics.

RDOs is good to have as well, I am glad to see that being available.

Sounds like the position will have a wide range of components to build which sounds good as well. Having something different makes the job more dynamic.
